Wyoming Secretary of State Services

Secretary of State service requests may be submitted through our standard service request form. To assist with accurate processing, please include:

• Business or entity name

• Type of filing or record requested

• Any applicable deadlines or timing considerations

• Certification or apostille requirements, if applicable

Each request is reviewed to confirm scope, filing requirements, and estimated turnaround prior to processing.

Assistance with filings related to Wyoming business entities, including but not limited to:

• New entity filings and amendments

• Annual reports and compliance-related submissions

• Updates to entity information as reflected in Secretary of State records

Filings are prepared and submitted based on the information provided and applicable statutory requirements.

Support for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and research, including:

• UCC financing statement filings

• Amendments, continuations, and terminations

• UCC search requests for due diligence and transactional review

UCC searches are conducted using official Secretary of State records and reflect filings on record at the time of the search.

Retrieval of documents filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State, including:

• Certified copies of filed documents

• Plain (non-certified) copies for reference or internal use

Document availability and certification options depend on the type of filing and Secretary of State policies.

Assistance with obtaining apostille copies of eligible Wyoming Secretary of State documents for use outside the United States, when applicable.

Apostille services are subject to document eligibility, certification requirements, and Secretary of State acceptance.

Same-day filing may be available for Secretary of State submissions received before 12:00 PM Mountain Time, subject to:

• Filing completeness

• Applicable statutory requirements

• Acceptance by the Wyoming Secretary of State

Requests submitted after this time or requiring additional review may be processed on the next business day. All filing timelines are dependent on office processing and acceptance.
